Spring is almost here. 15 days to be exact. Winter has been a brutal one here in the East. I liken it to a weather forced boot camp. Driving one to get pretty radical on survival strategies.
I find that getting to spring this year is requiring an extra muster of positive cognitive self-talk. With that being said, I've decided to spend the next 15 days (oh let's be honest the month of March, since in my mind Spring starts in April)... focusing on the beauty that awaits.
Like Tullips... My favorite flower hands down.
These photographs were taken at a small farm in Southern Minnesota. At the time it provided a vegetable share to my family. The owner invited members to visit the farm and help themselves to newly bloomed tulips in his tulip garden. Who could resist that invitation
So I packed up my then my five year old daughter and took him up on the offer. Lot's of tulips and exploring made up the day. To this day it is one of my favorite Spring Moments.
How about you? What are your favorite spring moments? What comes to mind when you think of spring?
