{Autumn Mini-Sessions} West Palm Beach, FL Lifestyle Photographer

When I lived back in Minnesota, Fall was my favorite seasons. It makes me happy just to think about the crisp air that is not to hot but not yet too cold, honey crisp apples, pumpkins and all the colors Mother Nature adorns on her trees.

So here in Florida, it can be equally beautiful. It’s still Autumn and and ALWAYS a good time to update portraits, take a headshot, capture a cute Halloween costume or get your holiday card done.

Please consider booking a session. I promise the backdrops will be beautiful and but not nearly as the souls I hope to capture of my subjects:) Below are the details as well as photographs taken at other mini-sessions.

{Ali and Nick-West Palm Beach, FL Engagement Photography}

A preview for one of the most amazing women I have met since coming to Florida.  She is witty, beautiful (inside and out), an amazing writer, encourager and lover of life. These  are the people I dig so I was more than honored to do her engagement portraits. Here's a small preview. We captured much more. FYI-Nick is equally cool as Ali. And since I cannot write nearly as well as her, I put a favorite poem of mine that I thought fit the session. Love you both! Congratulations!

“When it's over, I want to say: all my life
I was a bride married to amazement.
I was the bridegroom, taking the world into my arms.

When it is over, I don't want to wonder
if I have made of my life something particular, and real.
I don't want to find myself sighing and frightened,
or full of argument.

I don't want to end up simply having visited this world.”

{Life at the Circus} West Palm Beach, FL Child Photography

This guy reminded me so much of my son when he was younger. His siblings and him were staying with their grandparents and aunt (my roommates) and we spent a lot of time together. Like my boy, he had that wild energy of a pre-schooler, curiosity of an investigator and the humor of, shall I say, a mini-car stuffed with clowns.  The whole crew was a blast to hang with but this one was particularly cuddly and just like Henry loved to have the palm of his hand gently rubbed when he was tired. I enjoyed taking lots of pictures of them during this visit and oh those eyes and curls. Just fabulous.
